Tender documents shall be deemed to have been collected only if the interestred economic operators enter their data (such as organisation name, address, telephone number, fax number, electronic mail address) in the relevant form available here and send the completed form back to the Contracting Authorities, by facsimile or electronic mail. This should be done, so that the Contracting Authorities may have available a complete list of all economic operators who have collected the Tender Documents, in order to be able to send them any additional documents or clarifications thereon.
