{"id":995,"date":"2014-12-26T08:25:45","date_gmt":"2014-12-26T08:25:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ktto.net\/?page_id=995"},"modified":"2014-12-26T08:30:21","modified_gmt":"2014-12-26T08:30:21","slug":"related-watched-procedure-with-investors","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ktto.net\/en\/related-watched-procedure-with-investors\/","title":{"rendered":"Related Watched Procedure with investors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In order to set up a company in north Cyprus the following documents must be submitted to the Official Receiver and Registrar :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company Registration Without Foreign Capital<\/li>\n<li>Company Name; the Registrar will accept any name which is not identical to one already on the register.<\/li>\n<li>Company&#8217;s statutes and Article of Association<\/li>\n<li>M.\u015e 1,2,3 Forms<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy of identity card<\/li>\n<li>Company Registration With Foreign Capital<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to those documents stated above the followings must also be submitted by the foreign investors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Character Certificate for directors and shareholders<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Tax payment guarantee for directors obtained from the local Revenue and Tax Office.<\/li>\n<li>Original passport or approved photocopy of passport or identity card.<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of the deposit of the shareholders&#8217; capital share at a local bank.
