Finalized Minimum Wage

Dear Member,

In the Official Gazette No. 140 dated July 28, 2026, it was stated that, in accordance with Article 7 of the Minimum Wages Law No. 22/1975 of the Council of Ministers, it was decided that the finalized Minimum Wage would be published in the Official Gazette as follows, due to the lack of any objections within the legal period to the Minimum Wage Determination Commission’s recommendation regarding the Minimum Wage to be applied from July 1, 2026:

Hourly: 408.99 TL
Daily: 3,271.98 TL
Weekly: 16,360.00 TL
Monthly: 70,893.00 TL

It was stated that a proposal to apply these criteria with a 30% discount to those hired between the ages of 15 and 17, whom the law defines as apprentices, was put to a vote and the proposal was accepted by a majority vote as the minimum wage.
