Regarding Food Sample Evaluation Applications

In accordance with the official letter sent by the TRNC Ministry of Health, Department of Primary Health Services on August 10, 2026, it has been announced that as of September 1, 2026, applications for Food Sample Evaluation, which is a part of the Food Pre-Authorization process, will only be accepted through the “Food Product and Pre-Authorization Evaluation Process Module” within the Food Pre-Authorization System operating via the TRNC e-Government Portal.
Furthermore, it has been stated that sample evaluation applications submitted to the TSHD Archive will not be processed after this date.

In addition, it is requested that importing companies register all the products they are importing in the Food Pre-Authorization System in advance, in order to ensure that the Online Pre-Authorization Application Module will be activated at a later date and that this process be carried out smoothly and quickly.
